Melinda . Before

So this post should probably have come before this one, but I guess that is just how I roll.  I was just going back through some of my library and found this short series of Melinda and Mike a month or so before they gave birth to the beautiful Melia.  These images were shot at the Estancia Hotel and Spa in La Jolla, CA.  We rented a room for the first part of the day and spent some capturing some photos that revealed a bit more skin.  They turned out amazing, but in an effort to keep those moments special, I will not be blogging them :). 

Shortly after we walked the grounds and just had some fun.  These photos speak a lot to me about the excitement that stews in parents-to-be...espeically the first born.  It is an absolute pleasure and honor to be let into moments like these in people's lives.  It is truly what motivates me to capture images that will keep these memories fresh and that will ultimately bring back the emotions of that moment in time.
